The JDR report when collecting files should be collecting

$JBOSS_HOME/modules/system/layers/base/.overlays/.overlays
$JBOSS_HOME/.installation/identity.conf
$JBOSS_HOME/.installation/layers/base/layer.conf
$JBOSS_HOME/.installation/patches/*/misc/version.txt

This file is needed to confirm overlay priority and other layer configurations to make sure the installation is not corrupted.
