Implemented on top of the move to aesh-readline: https://github.com/jfdenise/wildfly-core/commit/ba63b4c533701ddc80188ddbdc39706ce81be12f
Small impact, output collector flushed at the end of any command and prior to prompt user.
PR to come once readline branch is merged.
