Currently when doing server provisioning it's only possible to do lower level filtering of a feature pack's modules, contents, configs, etc... The proposed feature is to add a <dependencies /> element to filter which dependency feature packs are pulled and provisioned, this would help scenarios when more than one feature packs have a common dependency, or it's desirable to customise such dependency by adding it to the server provisioning.
