Initial PMML operations that should be supported...
# Add a resource, to a Workbench project, of the type PMML
# Update a PMML resource that is already part of a Workbench project
# Remove a PMML resource from a Workbench project
# View generated rules

The first three functions will affect the underlying rules that are within the project. Adding or updating a PMML resource will trigger the generation of drl-based rules; and removing a PMML resource will trigger removal of the rules directly associated* with the removed resource. Users that can view the PMML resources, within the scope of a given project, should also have a read-only view of the rules that are directly associated with those resources.

*Rules are directly associated with a PMML resource if they were generated as a result of adding or updating a PMML resource.
