For that, I tried to specify getting latest kjar modules using "LATEST" and "RELEASE" version labels.  They failed for three drools versions I tried (6.5.0.Final, 7.0.0.Final and 7.1.0.Beta3).  However, when I tried open-ended version label, solution works.  So, I believe that there is issue in dependency resolution related to KieContainer through KieServices.newKieContainer(ReleaseId releaseId) method.
