Actually comparing this to EAP7:

[Host Controller] 19:19:08,599 INFO  [org.jboss.as.host.controller] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYHC0003: Creating http management service using network interface (management) port (9990) securePort (-1)

We logged -1 too, so unrelated to this change, and I don't think we should change this now.
