In this case you'll have to pass the ClassLoader when the stream is deserialized like in

ClassLoader cl = ( (KnowledgeBuilderImpl) kbuilder ).getBuilderConfiguration().getClassLoader();
streamKnowledgePackages = (Collection<KnowledgePackage>) DroolsStreamUtils.streamIn(byteArray, cl);

However be aware that you're using internal drools classes that don't belong to our public API and then could change with every minor release. This is strongly discouraged.
