Building kjar with guided decision table on Windows 2016 produces error listed in attachment. 

The exception is thrown by kie maven plugin.
This issue was spotted just in Windows 2016.
It can be reproduced by running [GuidedDecisionTableIntegrationTest|https://github.com/kiegroup/droolsjbpm-integration/blob/master/kie-server-parent/kie-server-tests/kie-server-integ-tests-drools/src/test/java/org/kie/server/integrationtests/drools/GuidedDecisionTableIntegrationTest.java] in Kie server integration test suite.
