    Description: 
resteasy.scan , resteasy.scan.provider and resteasy.scan.resources are already processed in JaxrsScanningProcessor. There is no effect to handle it in JaxrsIntegrationProcessor


  was:resteasy.scan , resteasy.scan.provider and resteasy.scan.resources in servlet context can be set to ResteasyDeployment and it works. But these parameter values from resteasy bootstrap servlet init paramter are ignored.
