Is the overlay feature supported in EAP 7.1?
As https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_enterprise_application_platform/7.0/html/migration_guide/server_configuration_changes#migrate_jboss_web_web_xml_overlay, it is not supported in undertow.
