When a kmodule depends on another one and both kmodule declares their own default KieBase and KieSession the engine disable all defaults printing a warning like the following

Found more than one default KieBase: disabling all. KieBases will be accessible only by name
{code}

In this case it is required to keep the default of the top level kmodule.
