[~brian.stansberry] What do you think of issues like this?

The problem with fixes here is a previously invalid but working configuration would suddenly stop working if we fix this in the existing parsers, but for the major version bump we plan to move to persistent resource definitions anyway so a lot of this code will become redundant.

However when some attribute is added for this element in standalone.xml then it does not fail during server start. In correct behavior Validation error should be thrown during starting server.
