As an automation test engineer I would like a reusable and shareable Python Kiali Openshift REST module that could be consumed by any Python automation framework.

Examples of module feeatures:
* Get namespace list of installed Service Mesh's
* Get namespace for specific mesh, such as BookInfo
* Scale a service, such as BookInfo Ratings
