The reason for this is pretty simple. The http://zalenium.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:4444 instance is running on VM which has 4 CPUs and 8 GB of memory. The other instance is in OpenShift where the pod resources are restricted to much lower values.
