Found a known issue with PR plugin. but the fix not available yet to public builds.
https://github.com/jenkinsci/ghprb-plugin/pull/512

As a workaround, I copied the commit file from slave to master and gave right URL., but still, this is not working. Interestingly not showing any error too.
