The classes are included in my repo; those in particular are in kie-manage.less and get compiled into my main css file. I do not have visibility into where and how my less/css has been included in your environment so I can't say for sure if you have them.

There are a few cases where the ids need to match something else, such as the `aria-labelledby` tag. In those cases, they need to match but don't need to be what I have; they could be generated. Another case is where the id is used to load the correct content for the tab - again, they need to match but don't have to be what I have.
