[~gabriolo], [~danielezonca] I gathered input from you and other folks in this brief doc I started: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lHQ1mvmzQcgWbxwkBobIXb9mV6uM3RLbEll8-OHLAFc/edit#heading=h.xi9d8cokx5mq. 
I guess I'm just wondering if we should match decision table menus or use context specific language - for example use "Add Given/Expect" , "Add Scenario" rather than "Add Column", "Add Row"? I'm polling across the groups for feedback.
