http://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/view/kiali/job/python-ui-test-pr/ job runs UI test sequentially. We need to update it to run it in parallel as well like http://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/job/python-ui-tests-parallel/
