If the widget and time are constraints - how about this alternative interim solution (A):
 !pie2b.png|thumbnail! 
- Replace the "# scenarios run" text with the now "scenario status" header, using the bolded header treatment. 
- Keep the legend persistent regardless of pass/fail results. 
- Show the % metric in the chart, even if the % is 100.
Would this be possible?
