I see that the comment says:
Needed to support JDK 9. Can be removed once IP BOM 8.0.0.CR1 is used

but I can't see a enforcer-plugin in jboss-ip-bom (8.0.0.CR1, CR2 or CR3).

I don't see the reason why this can be removed from the kie-parent if it is not in jboss-ip-bom.
What do I miss here?
