[~manstis] Updated the design doc with the following changes:
* Left click menus to edit cell contents.
* Right click (contextual) menu to edit table (cut, copy, add row, etc.)
* Repeat right contextual menu options in a button/dropdown in the title area button bar.
* Provide some sort of visual delineation for nested tables. (needs visual design help, this is just a wireframe...)
