Due to changes in JBPM-6512, we should override the _newSizeHandler_ in the class [DMNSVGShapeDefImpl.java|https://github.com/kiegroup/kie-wb-common/blob/master/kie-wb-common-dmn/kie-wb-common-dmn-client/src/main/java/org/kie/workbench/common/dmn/client/shape/def/DMNSVGShapeDefImpl.java] to introduce the same approach in min/max size constraint handling through Stunner, DMN and Forms.
