Hey [~manstis]! The text styling attributes are being defined, for each domain, in the css file, for example see [here|https://github.com/kiegroup/kie-wb-common/blob/master/kie-wb-common-stunner/kie-wb-common-stunner-sets/kie-wb-common-stunner-bpmn/kie-wb-common-stunner-bpmn-client/src/main/resources/org/kie/workbench/common/stunner/bpmn/client/resources/images/shapes/bpmn-shapes.css#L520]. It's quite limited as the text style actually apply to all shapes, but at least you should be able to change it in DMN.
>From the BPMN side I guess there are no complains about the text style, so not sure if what you propose is to change those also or you was just asking how to change this... sooo.. did I answered your Q?
