    Steps to Reproduce: 
# Create new DRG
# Add a Decision node
# Specify it as context grid
# Add few context entries, doesn't matter where (start, middle, end)
# Try to undo addition of entries
# You will notice you have to click the undone button twice to remove each added context entry
