[~manstis] Thanks for the additional info! I discussed the pencil icon-button with Matthew and we're aligned in thinking it might be best not to introduce that into our UX lexicon at this point. Instead, we could keep the same separation of actions that you're proposing, but perhaps just add another action link inside the dropdown, wdyt?
