[~mstevens1] [~bdellasc] Stunner does NOT keep the icons the same colour; they too are greyed/muted until hovered.

Please see the attached screenshots ("DROOLS-2652 (Stunner, no-hover)" and "DROOLS-2652 (Stunner, hover)"). The blue/green triangle is greyed/muted until the mouse pointer is over it (difficult to distinguish but zoom and you'll see quite clearly).

I propose outstanding UX's requirements for Toolbox icons and tooltips can be covered by JBPM-7153.

Could you please also remind me of the BAPL for the new "Node" SVGs (I'll need to make PNGs of those too for the same "toolbox" purpose.. unless UX have a tool to convert SVG to PNG?)
