Sorry but I'm not able to understand if these components can be mixed together to obtain a widget with look and feel and behaviour of UX proposal. All of them seem to me quite different compared to the mockup.
Take what do you think can be used, merge them in a component and make a proposal.
If you think that none of them can be used just try to create a custom one and then we can ask a validation to Patternfly team to see if it is coherent with the general design (and maybe then add to Patternfly's library)
