It was necessary to manually fix url for default site in hudson.model.UpdateCenter.xml
Also reconfigured redhat-ci-plugin according to https://docs.engineering.redhat.com/display/CentralCI/Installing+and+Updating+the+Red+Hat+CI+Plugin

There are still some cert errors in jenkins.log but it seems updates are from that update center are correctly obtained.
