The {{ControllerInitializer.addRemoteOutboundSocketBinding()}} requires that a dummy {{ControllerInitializer.addSocketBinding()}} is added. The implementation should also check if the {{outboundSocketBindings}} are not empty so the default socket bindings are added during initialization.
