IncrementalCompilationTest.testMultipleIncrementalCompilationsWithFireUntilHalt() and TimerAndCalendarTest.testHaltAfterSomeTimeThenRestartButNoLongerHolding() handle fireUntilHalt like that there could remain fireUntilHalt thread hanging.
