Currently we have jenkins docker slaves running in fbr-jenkins-slave project.
We need to:
* create dedicated official project in production OS
* update jenkins2 config to reflect changes
* move docker files and os templates to internal repo
* tune img pulling not to pull every time because of performance
* document the setup
