    Description: 
B15 is a slave where "IstioOC cluster up" is executed for Istio Downstream testing.
It includes also "jaeger" installation, but the routing to Jaeger does not work.
Credentials to this cluster is "admin/admin"
Jenkins job which starts cluster is: http://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/job/IstioOC-cluster-up/

TODO:
Make sure that all services in "istio-system" are starting, running correctly and accessible.
