[~uxdlc] I think it would be a good idea to re-purpose this JIRA to improve the "decision logic" selector.

I can simply make it look like a popover (i.e. have the "arrow") or you can take this opportunity to design something more wizzy.

IDK, it could be a much more elaborate "picker" with icons and descriptions etc. You decide :-)

I've updated the title and description of this JIRA to reflect the re-purposing.
