What's the purpose of this registry? How is it different from e.g. registry.access.redhat.com/openshift-istio-tech-preview?
When doing e.g. docker pull openshift-istio-tech-preview/proxy-init it's downloaded from registry.access.redhat.com/openshift-istio-tech-preview/proxy-init
