Updated http://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/view/istio/job/Istio-Upstream/ and http://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/job/Kiali-on-Openshift/ to set timeout for checker to 5 minutes.
Opened PR to change bookinfo installation playbook to be able to specify number of retries - https://github.com/kiali/kiali/pull/635 updated http://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/view/istio/job/install-bookinfo to specify 15 as default number of retries.
