I tried to recreate docker-thin-pool (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.11/install/host_preparation.html#configuring-docker-storage) but it didn't work.

Following https://mojo.redhat.com/docs/DOC-1174646, I have got this error on b16 
 !device-mapper.PNG|thumbnail! 

Is that a problem on the drive?
