[~danielezonca] [~gabriolo] I'll create a dev story, but in summary the proposed changes are:

* Provide a “Duplicate column” label within the contextual menu, only for the Data Object header. Please refer to the mockup.
* Selecting the menu option will +duplicate+ the data object (e.g. "dispute”) along with its field properties.
    * Place the new, duplicated column to the right of the selected instance that spawned it. 
* Provide an autogenerated name to the new column/instance that has been created (could be a string or number - might need input from docs.)
    * Concurrently create a duplicated instance in the selector tree. As soon as it is duplicated, it will appear in the right panel. Name it with the same placeholder alias name provided in the new table column.
