[~bdellasc] Hi, I assigned to you as you created the other DMN palette/canvas shapes for us.

Please re-assign/move JIRA etc as applicable.

[~jomarko] Added you as "tester" however there's little to really _test_ (other than asserting the shapes appear in the editor).
