During the work [~jomarko] is doing for [DROOLS-2932|https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-2932] it became apparent that _hiding_ the {{Header}} for a _nested_ {{ContextGrid}} is wrong; as it allows keyboard navigation into the (invisible) {{Header}}. We should not add a {{Header}} at all for _nested_ {{ContextGrid}}.
