[~manstis] thanks for the info regarding the hover state  being problematic from a redraw/performance perspective.  Given that - imo as long as there is a select state visual cue for any cell with any actions associated with it (contextual menu, pop-over...), then perhaps this could be set to resolved. [~jomarko] wdyt? ^^
