[~danielezonca][~gabriolo] Not final designs, just some pics to see if I'm understanding the scope and interactions correctly. I have 3 screens:
* Screen 0 - user inserts a new column:
 !zero.png|thumbnail! 
* Screen 1 - user selects Dispute, the field below are inherited. The field name is pre-populated with the DO name and an instance number is assigned. Could be renamed as desired. 
 !one.png|thumbnail!
* Screen 2 - the table column is populated with the instance and fields below are inherited
 !two.png|thumbnail!  
I have a feeling something isn't quite right here, cause it seems to easy, but let me know. :)
