[~danielezonca] Given the interrelationship of the shared components across the workbench, it might be better to group these elements by components (tables, docks, etc.) 
* WRT scrollbars in docks, canvas panels, I believe this is an issue that QE has tagged in the process designer - [~jomarko] or [~mstevens1] , is that correct and if so are there any related jiras that we could link to?
