Additional specs:
- Use grey borders for all the grid and not only for the header: update all of them to grey
- Add some padding to the cells of the grid: have a look to current spacing into header and update cells to add some top/bottom padding (I'm not sure if it can be done via Theme or not)
- Add some padding to right panel the tab titles: work with [~srambach] to have a new HTML/CSS
- Remove scrolling bar from right panel: I don't know if it is a problem of div size or CSS, I think it something on code side
- Review expression editor component HTML/CSS (paddings, indents, etc): work with [~srambach] to have a new HTML/CSS
- Review right panel padding (now it is hardcoded): work with [~srambach] to have a new HTML/CSS that removes my hardcoded padding
- Use text area inputs instead of text box for inline editing: update ScenarioTextBoxDOMElement to use text area (look at org.kie.workbench.common.dmn.client.widgets.grid.columns.factory.dom.TextAreaDOMElement as example) and update also the factories.
- Reduce the width of Index column: reduce defult index column width. I think we have a default width in all our columns that should be removed/overridden
