My preferences - ideally:
* For behavior, similar to: https://jonmiles.github.io/bootstrap-treeview/. Click on the glyph/icon expands or collapses the tree. Click on a node (row) selects the node and gives it a select state highlight. Hover over a node highlights that node row. I believe this is the interaction [~karreiro] has implemented in the dmn tree. 
* For visuals - yes, I think the parent node should get the bold (weight 700) and everything else could be default (500?). At least that'll be fine for now, imo. Can refine in future as needed.
