[~gabriolo] When I pull the HTML you included above into my local prototype, it looks fine. So I think that you don't have all the CSS that goes with it, or the latest. I'll attach a video.

I put the <a> tags in just to simulate the blue text that you have that behaves like a link. I don't really understand what is going on there but I made my prototype match in that case.

As far as behavior and what happens when things are clicked [~uxdlc], that is beyond the scope of the HTML/CSS so I will kick that to the others. I can affect the hover state.
