There are two issues:
# Upgrade of ansible to version 2.7 on ansible jenkins slave caused that some tasks are not executed against correct host but against b22 where the slave is running (e.g. bookinfo namespace was created on b22 instead of defined host) -> I reverted that commit and slave now uses ansible 2.5 again
# bookinfo installation fails with 1.1.0.snapshot.1 istio version with following error: services \"productpage\" not found" -> I set default version for istio back to 1.0.2

Now the main pipeline is running with istio 1.0.2 and ansible 2.5. We need to fix previous issues before upgrading
