    Steps to Reproduce: 
# Add new Decision node into the model
# Its top level expression is Undefined now
# Specify its top level expression as a function
# Body of a function is implemented as single literal expression cell
# Clear this cell
# Specify this cell as decision table
# Save and reopen model
# Navigate to the same node expression editor
# The root expression won't be more function but decision table

# Clear the default body - literal expression
# Specify as decision table
# Decision Navigator Dock will show a Decision table, not a Function
