(was: [~gabriolo] I discussed the items with [~danielezonca] and we agreed on this list of changes:

* Change “Index” header label to hash sign:
“#”

* Change “Description” header label to:
“Scenario description”

* Contextual menus: Remove “Scenario: Insert top/bottom row.” 

* Contextual menus in headers: Remove "Scenario: Insert top/bottom row” and replace those options with only Scenario: “Insert row below”
* Eliminate the possibility for the user to remove all scenario rows. Instead, if the user choices to deletes the last row remaining:
- delete it, but replace it with an “empty” row.  )
