The WildFly 14 Admin Guide includes some examples of subsystem configuration for Agroal, but they use the wrong namespace:
bq. <subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:agroal:1.0">
instead of
bq. <subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:datasources-agroal:1.0">
