The Latest Ansible available on Istio 1.0.2 doesn't export istio-ingressgateway and grafana routes. [~gbaufake] has created a [PR|https://github.com/istio/istio/pull/7741] and it was merged on Istio Upstream but it wasn't included on Istio 1.0.2  

Issue is been tracked upstream (https://github.com/istio/istio/issues/8730)
